Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver learning content including modules, videos, simulations, labs, and assessments aligned with approved instructional designs and standards.
  • Ensure content accurately represents mining operations, MineStar products, workflows, and real‑world use cases through close collaboration with SMEs and reviewers.
  • Create and integrate multimedia elements such as visuals, demos, simulations, and interactive components to improve learner engagement and comprehension.
  • Maintain and update learning assets based on product changes, platform updates, learner feedback, and review outcomes.
  • Adhere to MTA content standards, templates, style guides, and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, reviewers, and Program Managers to deliver content aligned with timelines and quality expectations.
  • Ensure learning content meets required levels of technical accuracy, usability, and instructional effectiveness prior to release.
  • Support remediation and continuous improvement of existing learning content to reduce rework and improve learner outcomes.

Degree Requirement
