What you will do:
Analyzes customer requirements, defines specifications for products and services, and develops quality control processes to review and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities • Developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing quality assurance processes to ensure final products and services are compliant with quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Communicating adherence to client requirements, product or service specifications, and ensures that their expectations are met to achieve high customer satisfaction rates. • Recruiting, developing, and leading staff to accomplish personal and organizational goals, adhere to policies/procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement. • Managing process to achieve compliance for internal quality audits and coordinate external on-site audits; analyzing all product development and manufacturing procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend and implement corrective actions.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Quality Management System (QMS): Knowledge of Quality Management System's (QMS) functions, features, and capabilities; ability to design, implement, test, and maintain Quality Management Systems to consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.

Basic Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality or related field in similar positions, leadership experience is mandatory. Knowledge of ISO and quality system.
English Level: Advanced
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
