About the Role:

The Account Manager - Asset Management directs asset maintenance and repair activities for rental fleet of well service equipment. Services include asset inventorying, transportation, job approvals, repair coordination and tracking, overhaul scheduling, failure analysis, and other equipment related activities.

Additional Information:

  • This position is onsite in Midland, Texas
  • This position does offer relocation
  • This position requires 5 days onsite

What Will You Do:

  • Directing and documenting information related to asset inventory, repairs, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness; processing through systems and facilities.
  • Responding to operation and engineering inquiries and requests, resolving problems and issues to provide high quality customer service.
  • Provides day-to-day direction to the team and ensures all equipment requirements are met, including process controls, quality, and financial due diligence.
  • Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department.

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
