职责：

• 安全：遵守公司各项安全管理规章制度，在工作中保证自己和他人的安全,及时发现和报告安全隐患。

• 操作数控加工中心和装配线完成另加加工、装配，包括零件装夹，测量、刀具检查、异常问题处置，同时承担设备和工具的使用前点检（TPM），工作环境的5S工作等。

• 质量：严格按照控制计划作业，在线对产品的控制点进行测量检查，保证生产出合格优质的产品，不制造、不传递质量缺陷。

• 绩效及持续改进：在规定的生产节拍下，完成岗位产量任务，同时对观察生产过程的各种浪费，提出并实施改进，使流程和工作更安全、更高效、更经济。

• 成本：控制本岗位的易耗品的使用，对量具、工具进行保养和维护。

• 设备：正确操作设备，执行TPM点检计划，发现异常及时报修，参与和协助设备维修保养。

• 5S：严格执行标准化中5S的相关要求：保证设备本身和地面的清洁，保证本岗物料和其他的工具，量具整齐有序，定置存放。

• 培训：按公司要求参加各种培训，提高业务水平。资深员工需要为新员工提供安全、质量、机床操作、生产流程等相关培训和指导。

要求：

• 高中或者同级别及以上学历。

• 一年及以上相关工作经验或数控、机械制造专业职业学校应届毕业生。

• 熟知形位公差要求及数控机床的操作指令代码。

• 具有良好的人际关系处理能力，良好的团队合作意识。
