As a Painting Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with the team and maintaining and improving processes and systems of cab painting process. Further you will analyze and recommend current and future systems procedures and equipment needs based on manufacturing Requirements.
Specifically in this role you can expect to:
• Lead and manage a Painting Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring effective daily operations, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of cab painting processes.
• Collaborate closely with Design Engineering teams (CPPD process) to enhance manufacturability and improve productivity for new product introductions.
• Take ownership of tooling design, cost estimation, system planning, facility layout, and engineering standards, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee the assigned manufacturing area by providing engineering support for tooling, machines, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Coordinate the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machines and equipment, as well as process changes, to achieve efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing.
• Drive the implementation and evaluation of advanced manufacturing technologies, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with operational goals.
• Lead and coordinate capital investment projects, including justification, approval, and execution, to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Supervise a team of management and salaried employees, including planning, scheduling, monitoring performance, and conducting regular reviews.
• Manage operational budgets, capital forecasts, and expenditures, and oversee all personnel-related matters, including performance evaluations and talent development.
• Develop and implement innovative and original solutions for unique manufacturing and process issues.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of people management experience with strong leadership and team management capability.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
• Familiar with the basic principles of industrial robots; hands-on experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• English proficiency sufficient to be used as a working language.
