装配技术员（L3；CNA505）

职位概述

常规的发动机零部件装配。

职位职责

1、参加标准化工作的创建,并在标准制定后严格执行。

2、参与班前流程改进对话，积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议, 认真听取组长的各项要求。

3、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

4、积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡。

5、积极学习和掌握其它工位的操作,使在订单要求变化的时候,本区域由足够的灵活性满足生产需求。

6、完成区域内的安全、质量和生产目标。

7、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的发生。

8、 严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率。

9、遵循“停产整顿”的要求,正确使用Andon信号向组长寻求支援。

10、按要求完成5S和TPM (全员生产性维护) 工作。

11、积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的各项浪费。

12、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成组长安排的其他工作。

职位要求

1、试用期内无任何书面警告或以上的处分

2、三个月内个人不合规行为记录不多于1次

3、新员工入职满6个月以上

4、通过试用期岗位操作及理论考核

5、同事间关系融洽，坦诚交流

6、基本的Excel, word技能

7、热心区域的持续改进，CI卡提卡≥6张/年

8、适应倒班和生产加班。
