Job Summary

As a Senior Motor Engineer, you will be responsible for the advanced design, development, integration, and validation of motors and related subsystems, playing a key technical role across the entire product development lifecycle.

You will apply systems thinking and deep engineering experience to optimize the balance among performance, efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability, while collaborating closely within the E&ES organization and across cross-functional teams to translate complex business and technical requirements into high-quality, deliverable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or deeply participate in the design, development, and technical decision-making of motors and related systems.
  主导或深度参与电机及相关系统的设计、开发与技术决策。
• Define and review motor- and system-level technical solutions, design specifications, and interface requirements.
  定义并评审电机及系统级技术方案、设计规格和接口要求。
• Guide and support prototype builds, system integration, testing, performance analysis, and root-cause failure analysis.
  指导并支持原型构建、系统集成、测试、性能分析及失效根因分析。
• Use systems thinking to identify design risks and drive cross-disciplinary solutions.
  运用系统思维识别设计风险，提出并推动跨学科解决方案。
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, power electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements.

• Participate in supplier technical evaluations, capability reviews, and joint resolution of critical technical issues.

• Review and improve technical documents, design review materials, and test reports.
  审核并完善技术文档、设计评审材料和测试报告。
• Continuously monitor emerging trends, new materials, and new methods in motor-related technologies, and translate them into product improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field).
  工程类本科及以上学历（电气工程、机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业）。
• Product Design & Development (Senior Level): Demonstrated experience designing complex components or systems from concept through production.
  产品设计与开发（Senior Level）：具备复杂部件或系统从概念到量产阶段的设计经验。
• Technical Analysis & Problem Solving: Ability to structure and solve complex engineering problems effectively.

• Systems Thinking: Understand interactions among multiple subsystems and optimize holistically.

Professional Skills

• Experience in product development for motors, electric drive systems, or related electrical systems.

• Familiarity with motor performance analysis, system integration, or reliability validation.

• Experience providing technical guidance or serving in a technical lead role.

• Experience working on cross-region, cross-organization, or supplier-collaboration projects.
