We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

The Manager, Demand & Orders leads a global team of regional dealer Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) consultants, enabling strong dealer planning, ordering, and execution for machines and work tools. • Collaborate with internal process partners and Product Groups to develop and communicate strategies for dealers concerning any changes to order planning and execution processes

  • Act with urgency to identify risks impacting forecasting, ordering, or planning which could impact customers and initiate early mitigation strategies.

  • Work closely with dealers to think differently to optimize demand visibility, refine forecasts, and ensure consistent planning and ordering practices.

  • Oversee the Differentiated Dealer Capability metric related to on-the-ground dealer inventory.

  • Provide daily support to the Dealer Engagement Manager and colleagues on additional key enterprise projects (e.g. Work Tools S&OP, Demand Driven Planning & Execution, Modern Order Management, and creation of dealer profiles).

What Skills You Will Have:
