    • Workforce capability, talent, and human performance

    • Digital tools, systems, and process improvement

Execution, Governance & Accountability

  • Lead governance cadence with dealers and internal Caterpillar partners to ensure disciplined execution.

  • Hold dealers accountable to agreed rental, operational, and financial performance targets.

  • Support business planning and track deployment effectiveness against expected results.

What You Bring

  • Willingness to travel regularly to dealer territories (typically 30–40%, occasionally higher).

Critical Success Factors

  • Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to Dealer Principals and Boards.

  • Strong data orientation and ability to translate analytics into practical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting rental acquisitions, integrations, or business transformations.

  • Experience working with any of the following: OEM, dealership or rental company at headquarters or operational branch levels

  • Change management expertise.
