Job Purpose:

以中国材料技术中心焊接工程师的职位，支持采购及产品组结构件焊接质量检测，工艺开发，量产产品焊接工艺改进, 焊接自动线的升级, 焊接成本降低，结构件失效分析等工作。

Job Duties

1. 结构件焊接质量的验证
2. 卡特结构件供应商焊接工艺的开发
3. 卡特工厂/供应商焊接自动线的升级
4. 卡特工厂/供应商焊接成本降低
5. 结构件失效分析

Requirements:
1. 金属材料工程专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的金属工程基础知识
（焊接，钢铁、锻造，热处理）强
2. 沟通能力强，善于处理人际关系，团队合作能力强
3. 主动学习能力强，掌握快速学习方法
4. 英语（听，说，读，写）能力具备
5. 掌握Python、高级 MS Excel 工具
6. 可接受商务出差 （20%以上工作时间）

Prefer:
1. 具备一定的项目管理能力
2. 具备1年以上结构件焊接工艺/检验经验

The position requires working onsite five days a week.
