Role Definition

Determine and execute the steps necessary to properly protect and perfect our security interest in financed equipment across Canada and ensure all related records and reporting are updated in a timely manner.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated knowledge of collateral securitization requirements, including PPSA and Quebec RDPRM registrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and review lien searches, identify competing security interests, and determine when waivers, subordinations, or other documentation are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, file, amend, renew, and discharge collateral registrations across Canada.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret search results, registration documents, and supporting legal documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage search and waiver requests from receipt through completion, including follow-up with customers, dealers, creditors, and registration vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, working effectively with others inside and outside of the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage numerous tasks with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French required.

Degree Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience desired.
