Role Definition
Leads supply chain planning by integrating demand, supply, capacity, materials and inventory to meet production and customer needs. Establish strategies and processes that improve availability, schedule stability, working capital, service and resilience. Partners cross functions to convert business priorities into executable plans.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops the planning team, setting clear accountability and succession plans.
- Owns integrated demand, supply, capacity, materials and inventory planning.
- Leads S&OP, converting demand and priorities into feasible supply plans.
- Sets policies and parameters for forecasts, schedules, replenishment and inventory.
- Tracks planning, inventory, supplier, service and cash KPIs and drive corrective action.
- Aligns functions and suppliers on demand, capacity, cost, inventory and service.
- Improves and digitalizes planning processes, data, systems and tools.
- Advises leadership on priorities, resources, product launches and operations.
- Builds stakeholder, customer and supplier alignment for disciplined execution.
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics, Business or related to the field
- Fluent English
- Expert in leadership roles or similar positions
- Emphasis on accountability for results

- Executes logistics strategies supporting production, customers, inventory and cost.
- Implements end-to-end shipment visibility and exception management.
- Optimizes networks, modes, routes and capacity for service and cost.
- Resolves disruptions and leads cross-functional logistics improvements.
Process Management:
- Owns end-to-end processes, governance, controls and performance.
- Identifies waste, bottlenecks, risks and automation opportunities.
- Build business cases for process redesign and investment.
- Sustain improvements through coaching, controls, KPIs and reviews.
Supply Chain Management - MFG:
- Leads the end-to-end supply chain across demand, supply, sourcing and logistics.
- Use performance and financial controls to manage service, cost, cash and risk.
- Anticipates constraints and disruptions and develops mitigation plans.
- Aligns customers, suppliers and internal partners to improve performance.
Warehouse Management:
- Overseas safe, compliant and efficient warehouse operations.
- Tracks safety, accuracy, productivity, quality, capacity and cost KPIs.
- Defines system requirements and implements integrated solutions.
- Use data and audits to drive corrective action and improvement.
Top Candidates also have:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in supply chain, logistics, material flows, or a related field.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Expert in supply chain planning, inventory, purchasing, logistics, operations, quality and related technology.
Additional Information:
- Location: Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon.
- This position is five-day a week in-office model.
- This position will require travelling up to 15% of working time (Domestic and International).
