JOB DUTIES 岗位职责
1. 遵守公司的各项规章制度,执行国家和公司的安全规程。
2. 完成Team Leader要求的5S,TPM等工作。
3. 执行质量的BIQ原则。
4. 执行Stop to fix流程。
5. 执行CPS 15项指导方针。
6. 完成班组的各项工作指标。
7. 对PQVC提出建设改善建议。
8. 执行CI卡流程。
9. 完成生产线长交给的其他工作内容。
10. 支持公司对生产效率的改善。
11. 支持公司各项政策的变更，并严格执行。
12. 培训新员工完成本岗位工作。

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE 任职资格

1. 高中以上学历。
2. 两年以上电工工作经验，并取得相关专业操作证书
3. 熟练工具、量具的使用。
4. 掌握电路图知识，能识别图纸上各项要求。
5. 电工专业及发动机制造专业优先。
6. 发电机组装配岗位工作满5年以上。
本岗位操作1年以上，绩效连续4个季度内连续2个季度达到的解决结果为：Expected期望的绩效级别-AB
