The Digital Service Delivery Coordinator supports the delivery of technology products and services by coordinating vendor management, contract administration, technology purchasing, software licensing, and service delivery activities. This role works across business, technology, procurement, legal, and vendor teams to help ensure digital services are delivered effectively, contract requirements are understood, and service expectations are met. The coordinator will assist with vendor evaluation, contract documentation, issue resolution, project tracking, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate activities related to the selection, negotiation, purchasing, and licensing of technology products and services.
- Support contract administration processes, including documentation, compliance review, contract files, vendor information, and follow-up on contract requirements.
- Assist with negotiation, extension, termination, or renegotiation of contracts for equipment, materials, technology products, software, or services.
- Help resolve vendor, contract, service delivery, or performance issues by coordinating claims, complaints, disputes, and issue resolution activities.
- Analyze existing vendor networks to determine whether current suppliers can meet business objectives, capacity needs, and service expectations.
- Support vendor evaluation and selection processes by documenting standards, procedures, technology options, vendor capabilities, and business alignment.
- Coordinate project activities, status reporting, timelines, stakeholder input, and simple project plans that support digital service delivery initiatives.
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, support partners, and technology teams.
- Contribute to process improvements, tools, risk assessments, dispute resolution methods, and service delivery practices for technology contracts and vendor operations.
What You Will Have:
- Contract Management and Administration: Working knowledge of contract management policies, standards, processes, vendor files, compliance reviews, and contract documentation.
- Project Management: Ability to support project planning, project status reporting, schedules, resource requirements, stakeholder inputs, and basic project tracking tools.
- Vendor Management: Understanding of vendor selection, vendor monitoring, service performance, agreement terms, risk mitigation, and vendor service improvement.
- Product and Vendor Evaluation: Ability to help evaluate technology products, tools, services, and infrastructure components against business needs and organizational standards.
- Negotiation: Basic understanding of negotiation concepts, rapport building, trust building, and organizational policies used to support constructive vendor and stakeholder conversations.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to identify key business stakeholders, understand communication preferences, build effective partnerships, and follow applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Communication and Follow-through: Ability to translate contract, vendor, service, and technology information into clear updates, action items, and next steps for business and technical audiences.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Experience supporting technology vendor management, software licensing, digital services, managed services, procurement operations, IT operations, or service delivery coordination.
- Familiarity with service management, vendor performance reviews, contract lifecycle management, software asset management, or technology sourcing processes.
- Experience coordinating across procurement, legal, finance, information technology, cybersecurity, product, support, or business stakeholder groups.
- Ability to create and maintain tracking documents, dashboards, vendor records, issue logs, contract summaries, service-level reports, or project status updates.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Coupa, Workday, or similar enterprise tools.
Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
