Job Summary
Join Caterpillar's Olympian team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences from order placement to final commissioning.
In this customer-facing position, you will act as the primary link between customers and our manufacturing teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded. If you enjoy managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving results in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.
What you will do:
Manage projects and customer orders from purchase order receipt through commissioning and final delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Review incoming orders to ensure completeness and accuracy before release to the factory.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Create and maintain project scope documents, schedules, timelines, and status reports.
Coordinate activities across multiple departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Support proposal development, project planning, and program execution activities.
Build strong customer relationships while managing expectations and delivering a positive experience.
What you will have:

Mandatory Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree
Pre-Advanced English
SAP knowledge/experience
Experience coordinating projects, programs, or complex orders
Strong project management and process management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce knowledge
Advanced English
Intermediate Spanish
Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, or customer project environments
Experience managing schedules, deliverables, budgets, and customer expectations
Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
