Responsibilities:
This Senior/Lead CRM Analytics Developer role involves designing and implementing Salesforce Einstein (CRM Analytics) solutions, creating data flows, datasets, and dashboards. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical solutions, optimizing CRM data, and managing Einstein Discovery/AI features including expertise in SQL/SAQL, JSON, and strong stakeholder management.
Job duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Solution Design & Development: Build advanced CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, and apps using Salesforce Einstein (formerly Tableau CRM).
- Data Architecture: Develop data flows, recipes, and datasets to transform data into actionable insights.
- Technical Leadership: Translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions; provide guidance on implementation best practices.
- Einstein & AI: Implement Einstein Discovery, predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights.
- Data Integration: Connect CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems.
- Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead technical discussions
Required Skill:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Analytics.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM, SAQL/SQL, JSON, and Data Prep/Recipes.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Expertise in CRM Analytics Admin, Permissions, and Dashboard Templatization.
- Optional/Preferred: Experience with Tableau, Data Cloud, or ETL tools.
