- Lead with Pressure Control Solutions while identifying and cross-selling the broader SPM Oil & Gas product and service portfolio based on customer needs.
- Build relationships across customer organizations, with particular focus on completions, operations, engineering, supply chain, and field leadership.
- Partner with service centers, operations, product teams, and other internal business partners to develop solutions, ensure execution readiness, and deliver on customer commitments.
- Maintain an active pipeline of near-term and strategic opportunities, including pad schedules, fleet activity, RFQ timing, incumbent providers, competitive position, and next actions.
- Develop tender and proposal strategies that clearly communicate SPM value through service quality, responsiveness, reliability, uptime, efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
- Work directly with customers before, during, and after job execution to gather feedback, resolve issues, identify additional needs, and create follow-on service opportunities.
- Coordinate commercial and operational handoffs so rates, scope, mobilization timing, equipment availability, service expectations, and potential delays are communicated clearly.
