岗位职责

• 负责车间数控设备（FANUC）的编程、调试与加工工艺优化，精通加工工艺制定，能优化切削参数（转速、进给、切深）提升效率与精度
• 熟练掌握数控车床、加工中心、数控专机、数控镗床等设备操作，依据生产任务，独立完成复杂零件的机加工工艺制定、程序编制、刀具选型和加工参数设置。
• 指导操作工正确使用设备，开展技能培训及技术支持工作。 协助推进车间现场管理、5S、OPM、PM、安全生产规范执行。
• 精通FANUC等主流数控系统的操作、参数调试与故障排查，快速修复常见机械/电气故障问题；
• 负责数控程序的管理、备份与版本优化，能建立标准化程序库，参与设备选型、改造、自动化升级项目。
• 熟悉刀具/夹具选型、使用、测量、切削工艺与寿命管理。 能独立解决加工过程中的振刀、过切、尺寸超差等常见工艺问题
• 有成本管控意识，能通过工艺优化降低刀具、耗材、工时成本 ，用5个Why、鱼骨图等工具寻找根本原因
• 掌握机械制图、几何公差标注，能精准解读2D/3D工程图纸及相关技术规范

招聘要求：

• 大专及以上学历，机械制造、数控技术、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业
• 熟悉PLC编程，具备电气控制基本知识及电气故障排查能力，能独立完成复杂零件的工艺分析与数控程序编制
• 具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神，了解或者参与过RFID、IIOT物联网相关项目优先
• 具备车间精益改善经验、绘图及工装设计能力优先。
• 接受三班倒安排
