JOB DUTIES 岗位职责
遵守公司的各项规章制度,执行国家和公司的安全规程。
执行质量的BIQ原则。并对本生产线发生质量问题进行改善。
执行Stop to fix流程。 完成班组的各项工作指标。
执行CI卡流程。 支持公司对生产效率的改善。
支持公司各项政策的变更，并严格执行。
培训新员工完成本岗位工作。
按照生产计划安排当天各站位的工作任务。并汇报完成情况。
通过数据汇总进行分析，进行改善确保本部门各项指标的提升。
对本组员工的各项SMART GOAL进行跟踪，进行数据记录，协助主管完成员工绩效评估。 主管分配的其他工作。
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE 任职资格
高中以上学历。 熟练工具、量具的使用。
发电机组装配岗位工作满5年以上。
熟练掌握办公软件的使用。
良好的沟通能力。
