We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support AI and digital manufacturing initiatives that drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Velocity, and Cost (PQVC). This role combines manufacturing engineering, data analytics, and software development to create innovative digital solutions that enhance operational performance and accelerate continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
▸Develop and implement AI-driven and data-based solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
▸Design and build automation tools, dashboards, and applications using Python and related technologies.
▸Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
▸Support digital transformation projects focused on quality enhancement, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
▸Create data visualization and reporting solutions for manufacturing teams and business leaders.
▸Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and IT teams to deploy and sustain digital solutions.
▸Participate in continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies.
▸Support the integration and analysis of shop-floor data from MES, databases, sensors, and other manufacturing systems.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Data Science / Computer Science / Other related Engineering disciplines

Experience
▸New graduates are welcome to apply.
▸Internship, cooperative education (co-op), capstone project, or academic project experience related to manufacturing, automation, AI, machine learning, software development, or data analytics is highly valued.

Required Skills
Technical Skills
▸Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python.
▸Understanding of data analysis and data visualization concepts.
▸Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
▸Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
▸Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Digital Manufacturing technologies.

▸Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
▸Effective communication and collaboration skills.
▸Self-motivated with a passion for learning emerging technologies.
▸Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
▸Experience with manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP, IoT, or industrial databases.
▸Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
▸Experience developing automation scripts, applications, or dashboards through academic projects or internships.
▸Interest in AI, digital transformation, and smart manufacturing technologies.

On-Site Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 am. – 04:30 pm.
