Job Summary:
Coordinates engineering releasing activities between engineering design areas and procurement/scheduling with effective and timely implementation.

What you will do:

  • Creating, maintaining, and communicating accurate change management data at both the local and corporate level through data entry in multiple management information systems.

  • Analyzing engineering releases, changes, drawing notices to create change management requirements, providing the creation of product structure based on engineering design.

  • Maintaining close team relationships with releasing team, as well as teams in manufacturing operations, process planning, engineering design, and material planning.

  • Analysis of surplus parts ahead of the technical change implementation to minimize factory inventory.

  • Support NPI projects through the coordination of material procurement and delivery, manufacturing execution, assembly scheduling, and component availability.


What you will have:
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Cross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.
Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Production Scheduling and Control: Knowledge of procedures and tools for scheduling and controlling production runs; ability to utilize knowledge of daily manufacturing processes to assure quality deliverables.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering)

  • Intermediate English proficiency

  • Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint); Power BI user.

  • Product knowledge

Top candidates will also have:

  • Pre advanced English

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint); Power BI user.

  • Material Control System -MCS knowledge

  • Bill of material-Product structure knowledge

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
