Role Definition
Designs, plans, and implements a variety of employee services and voluntary benefits within the organization.
Responsible for compliance with HR Standard Operating Procedures, Continuous evolution and improvement of Process Optimization, Ability to tell a story through Data Analysis, Working cross functionally with key groups such as Payroll, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, leadership/stakeholders, among others.
Responsibilities
• Effectively manages HR Operations teams to achieve operational excellence targets related to processes in the following areas: employment compliance, pre-payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Manages the work allocation for HR Operations teams and implements mechanisms to quickly adjust work allocation to meet changing business needs.
• Proactively assess the impact of changes to HR policies and programs on HR Operations and implements process changes as needed ensuring effective documentation and training to minimize the impact of changes on team productivity and quality.
• Develops continuous improvement programs and leads the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

• Maintains a specific set of standards and associated HR procedures.
• Communicates and refers potential exceptions upward for review and approval.
• Assists in the development and implementation of specific procedures.
• Provides feedback for the improvement of HR procedures.
Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Utilizes a specific management consulting process.
• Applies a specific HR consulting model in an engagement.
• Provides line management with written reports proposing options and courses of action for HR issues.
• Interprets various sets of HR data in coming to conclusions and proposing actions.
• Facilitates meetings for gathering HR data, implementing HR strategies and resolving HR problems.
Human Resources Operations: Knowledge of human resources (HR) policies, operational processes and considerations; ability to implement HR related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Implements a specific aspect of day-to-day HR operations according to HR strategies.
• Assists training sessions related to HR processes and systems.
• Documents routine work flow, resource requirements, dependencies and criticalities.
• Records all HR data and transactions in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Generates and interprets standards and management reports on HR activities.
Top Candidates will also have:
Previous experience leading and executing projects across country.
Ability to implement AI to demonstrate automation.
Previous experience with Workday software.
Strong communication and prioritization skills.
Outstanding judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
