Role
Responsible from order forecast, demand changes with customers and scheduling. Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time and validate work loads on machine centers.
What You Will Do:
• Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
• Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due.
• Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.
• Evaluate restrictions to meet the sales plan and communicate impact to Demand planning supervisor.
• Evaluate the workloads on machine centers with scheduling team and assure the shipping plan for material OH.
Degree Requirement
Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers.
Intermediate to advanced conversational English
Skills

• Customer service and negotiation skills
• Delivers helpful feedback that focuses on velocity indicators
• Listens to feedback without defensiveness and uses it for own communication effectiveness.
• Makes oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work.
Planning and Organizing:
• Responsible to modify priorities as new information surfaces or conditions change.
• Demonstrates the ability to estimate the time and resources required to complete tasks.
• Identifies own key assignments, schedules, and process steps and capacity restrictions.
• Knowledge of inventory management, preferably for finished goods
Demand Management:
• Assists in the collection and preparation of required demand information.
• At least 1 year on Production Scheduling or demand management
• ERP knowledge at intermediate levelm preferably SAP CBS.
• Produces basic demand management reports for senior staff to reconcile the demand balances.
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving:
• Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance.
• Uses flow charts, A3´s, Pareto charts, fish diagrams, etc. to disclose meaningful data patterns.
• Identifies the major forces, events, and people impacting and impacted by the situation at hand.
• Uses logic and intuition to make inferences about the meaning of the data and arrive at conclusions.
The best candidates will also have:
- Advanced conversational English
- Knowledge and hands-on with Power BI and other digitization tools.
- Intermediate to advanced SAP CBS knowledge

This position works Monday through Friday
