Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manager Treasury to join our Treasury Operations -Global Finance Services Division.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role within the Global Treasury team, supporting the Centre of Excellence. The incumbent would lead a team of professionals while driving excellence in Treasury Operations, cash management, and process optimization across a global environment
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, KA-India
What you will do
- Oversee and manage day-to-day Global Treasury Operations activities
- Implement and strengthen cash management best practices and internal controls
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance across all treasury processes
- Apply cash management principles to effectively manage liquidity inflows and outflows
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across treasury processes
- Collaborate effectively with global business units and cross-functional teams

- This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office

- Moderate travel required (between 0% to 5% of working time).
