We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

Make Quality Count—Every Day

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who is energized by solving complex problems, elevating standards, and making a real impact on how products are validated. In this role, you’ll be at the center of engineering validation and quality excellence ensuring processes are robust, data is credible, and the validation systems is always audit‑ready.

Why This Role Matters:

As a Quality Engineer, your work safeguards the integrity of the laboratory’s engineering conclusions through a strong focus on operational excellence. Built‑In Quality in Action

  • Lead Built‑In Quality (BIQ) strategy and deployment across the proving ground to fuel continuous improvement

  • Apply BIQ principles as part of daily execution to assess process capability and defect containment

  • Support training and adoption of BIQ practices across manufacturing and support teams

  • Use data, defect trends, and feedback loops to identify where defects are created

  • Verify improvement effectiveness by confirming defects are prevented or detected earlier in the value stream

  • Treat BIQ as a performance‑driven mindset, not a standalone initiative

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to assess risks, evaluate alternatives, and guide informed decisions

  • Skilled in fact‑finding, diagnostics, and stakeholder‑aware analysis

Quality Systems Knowledge

  • Foundational knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and its role in regulatory compliance

  • Understanding of both automated and manual QMS approaches

  • Ability to support documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

What Skills You Will Have:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail Demonstrate a high level of precision when reviewing engineering validation data, audit documentation, and quality records to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 requirements.

Collaborating Knowledge of engineering validation roles, workflows, and production cycles, enabling effective partnership across functions.
