Role Definition
In this role you will be responsible for leading transformational projects for all aspects of compliance related to parts sales variance (Merchandising funds) processes, as well as leading periodical audits and corrective action plans.
You will coordinate the regular refresh and updates of all policies and guidelines and lead the effort to shift to proactive & intentional compliance practices.
This position will be accountable for identification, analysis and resolution of needs and problems in discipline for which the incumbent is gaining a reputation as an expert. In addition to demonstrating technical expertise, a person in this position may be called on to act as a team and/or project leader.
However, major focus is on technical delivery. Direct work with other units, agency personnel, dealers and teams requires the incumbent to demonstrate skill in negotiation, building consensus and achieving compromise. Impact of decisions made by this position may be far-reaching, to include the project team or immediate work group, division and/or business unit, suppliers, and internal customers.
