Role Definition

与项目团队合作为无人驾驶整机及配套设备提供从设计、分析、验证、生产到客户现场服务的一系列解决方案。负责无人驾驶产品的整体布置和集成，模型质量和整机配置管理。统筹车辆平台、无人驾驶系统、电气电子、液压、动力等系统的需求、模型、接口和配置，确保整体设计方案从新产品开发到现场部署、持续改进和产品升级全过程满足质量，速度和成本等要求。

Collaborate with the project team to provide end-to-end solutions for autonomous machines and supporting equipment, covering design, analysis, validation, production, and customer field support. Own the overall machine layout and integration, model quality, and machine configuration management for autonomous products. Coordinate requirements, models, interfaces, and configurations across the vehicle platform, autonomous system, electrical and electronic, hydraulic, powertrain, and other systems to ensure the overall design solution meets quality, velocity, and cost requirements throughout the product lifecycle—from new product development and field deployment to continuous improvement and product upgrades.

• 模型与设计质量：整合并维护整机、系统及子系统模型，支持概念开发、方案决策、性能分析、接口定义、设计评审、验证和发布，确保模型完整、可追溯并满足设计质量要求。
  Model Integration and Design Quality: Integrate and maintain machine, system, and subsystem models to support concept development, design decisions, performance analysis, interface definition, design reviews, verification, and release, ensuring model integrity, traceability, and design quality.
• BOM 与配置管理：负责无人驾驶车辆各产品变型的整机 BOM、配置及软硬件版本管理，确保工程定义、已发布零部件、制造状态和已部署车辆配置准确一致。
  BOM and Configuration Management: Own machine BOM, configurations, and hardware/software version control for autonomous machine variants, ensuring alignment across engineering definitions, released parts, manufacturing status, and deployed fleet configurations.
• 变更管理与版本发布：支持产品变更影响评估、技术协调、配置兼容性确认、发布准备、实施计划及相关方沟通，确保产品变更和版本发布受控落地。
  Change Management and Version Release: Support change-impact assessment, technical coordination, configuration compatibility, release readiness, implementation planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure controlled product changes and version releases.

Education

工程类本科及以上学历，专业包括：自动化； 车辆工程；电气工程；机械工程；机器人。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, with a major in Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

Required Skills

Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Systems Thinking: Knowledge of the critical interdependencies among individual system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results.
