The Role:

• This role supports Cat Financial's asset recovery operations by coordinating activities related to repossessed and lease return equipment across the United States and Canada supporting with validating asset information, updating asset records, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout the asset recovery process.

What You Will Do:

Asset Remarketing Operations

• Collect, validate, and maintain information required to inventory and sell used equipment assets.
• Update asset and system records throughout the asset remarketing process.
• Ensure asset documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company requirements.

Transaction and Financial Support

• Administer invoices, sales holds, asset payables, and cash applications.
• Support transaction processing activities related to asset sales.
• Monitor operational workflows to ensure timely completion and accuracy.

Customer & Business Partner Support

• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the remarketing process.
• Build collaborative relationships with sales teams, customers, vendors, and business partners.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Experience in equipment finance, leasing, asset management, inventory management, or remarketing.
• Knowledge of used equipment sales
• Experience with compliance-driven operational workflows.
• Oracle, Salesforce, or financial systems experience.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills.
• Experience supporting customers in a finance, banking, equipment, leasing, or heavy equipment environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with process optimization experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Summary Pay Range:

$74,124.00 - $118,608.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
