As a Cybersecurity Program Manager you will serve as a key member of the Cybersecurity Program Management Office. In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) organization by leading strategic cybersecurity initiatives, driving program execution, and enabling leadership decision-making.
You will work closely with cybersecurity leaders, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinate delivery across multiple initiatives, and provide clear visibility into risks, progress, and outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Lead cross-functional cybersecurity programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution and adoption.
Translate business and cybersecurity priorities into program plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, issues, and competing priorities.
Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and communications that support leadership decision-making.
Establish and facilitate program governance, including leadership reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and escalation processes.
Partner with cybersecurity leaders, technical teams, business stakeholders, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to drive successful program outcomes.
Support budget planning, forecasting, procurement activities, vendor management, and financial tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve program execution, governance, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
What You Have:
Program Management
Experience leading complex programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and dependencies.
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, budgets, and program outcomes.
Executive Communication
Ability to translate complex technical or operational information into concise, executive-ready communications.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Relationship Management
Experience building trusted partnerships and influencing outcomes within a matrixed organization.
Ability to drive alignment and accountability without direct authority.
Strategic Planning & Problem Solving
Ability to connect strategic objectives with practical execution plans.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
Financial & Vendor Management
Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, contracts, or vendor relationships.
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience supporting cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, audit, or enterprise technology organizations.
Experience working in a large, global organization.
Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations.
Familiarity with cybersecurity or risk-management frameworks.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or similar project management certification.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $208,770.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
