• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 1st Shift Starting Pay: $27.20/hour

As a Paint Team Lead/Sr Manufacturing Support at Caterpillar you will:

• Learn to navigate & create, update, and maintain standard work, detailed routings, and value stream maps for factory paint processes.
• Learn to navigate and utilize NextGen system to create purchase requisitions, execute purchase orders, invoice material, and create supplier schedules.
• Learn to conduct & analyze time studies.
• Learn to balance work & distribute work across assets.
• Work with internal team members & external vendors to lead projects to improve PQVC metrics.
• Learn to utilize AutoCAD to create facility layouts for project bids.
• Works closely with paint management and manufacturing engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Current Team Lead based in Sanford, NC

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive operations

Top Qualifications:

• Experience using NextGen
• Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and Power BI
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Experience using Geneo
