Job Summary:
As an Engineering Team Leader, you will play a critical role in powering our new product and technology development processes. You’ll own the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the digital tools and data that teams across the business rely on every day. Acting as the central connector between systems, data, and people, you will help identify and close process gaps, resolve system issues, and ensure information flows seamlessly across global teams. Your work will directly enable faster, more confident decision‑making, reduce operational risk, and accelerate program readiness. What You Will Do:
- Own and enhance the digital tools that power new product and technology development—helping teams work smarter, faster, and more confidently.
- Solve problems and remove roadblocks by troubleshooting system issues, improving data quality, and guiding users through questions.
- Manage secure access and data governance, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.
- Collaborate with global partners and IT development teams to define requirements, direct technical improvements, test new features, and ensure tools evolve to meet business needs
- Design, build, and maintain high‑quality dashboards—along with the underlying data—so teams have clear, accurate insights for confident decision‑making across Product Development.
- Lead cross‑functional teams by streamlining workflows, identifying process gaps, and driving operational consistency.
- Maintain and update structured checklists and templates that ensure product programs stay aligned and on track.
- Provide hands‑on training and support to help teams adopt tools successfully and unlock their full value.
- Champion continuous improvement by monitoring system performance, gathering feedback, and helping shape the future of our digital ecosystem.
Education Requirement:
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science curriculum.
