We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and leads the design, delivery and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – Plan to Produce capabilities.

The role ensures compliance with financial, audit, cybersecurity, and change-management requirements while enabling scalable financial consolidation, reporting, and planning capabilities across a global organization.
What You Will Do:
Administer the platform directly: Perform day-to-day administration across Development, Pre-Production, and Production environments. Monitor application health, investigate performance issues, execute maintenance activities, and ensure reliable platform operation.
Migrate and maintain OneStream artifacts: Create and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, cubes, workflows, transformation rules, data-management sequences, dashboards, Cube Views, reports, security, and other application artifacts.
Build and maintain business rules: Write, modify, test, and troubleshoot OneStream business rules and calculation logic. Use VB.NET, SQL and OneStream APIs where required to deliver scalable, supportable solutions.
Support financial close hands-on: Provide direct technical and functional support during monthly, quarterly, and annual close. Run and troubleshoot data loads, validations, consolidations, translations, eliminations, workflows, and reporting processes to keep close activities on track.
Own production issue resolution: Serve as the senior escalation point for application, calculation, workflow, reporting, data-quality, performance, and integration incidents. Reproduce issues, analyze logs and data, identify root causes, implement fixes, and document preventive actions.
Manage data integrations: Configure, operate, and troubleshoot integrations between OneStream and ERP, data warehouse, master-data, and other source systems. Validate mappings, transformations, data loads, reconciliations, and error handling.
Support planning and xP&A: Provide direct technical and functional support during budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, analytics, and planning cycles.
Execute releases and upgrades: Develop deployment packages, conduct technical testing, support user acceptance testing, promote changes through environments, perform post-deployment validation, and support OneStream platform upgrades and regression testing.
Govern platform administration and standards: Establish and enforce OneStream administration standards, configuration management practices, naming conventions, migration procedures, documentation requirements, and operational controls to ensure a stable, scalable, and supportable enterprise platform.
Administer security and controls: Configure and maintain role-based access, security groups, permissions, workflow access, and authentication integrations. Execute periodic user access reviews, support segregation-of-duties controls, maintain adit evidence, coordinate remediation activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls, cybersecutiry, and regulatory requirements.
Support governance, audit, and compliance activities: Partner with Internal Audit, External Audit, Cybersecurity, and Finance Control organizations to provide system evidence, demonstrate control effectiveness, support compliance testing, remediate findings, and maintain platform alignment with enterprise governance standards.
Lead change governance and environment controls: Manage application promotion processes, deployment approvals, release governance, configuration baselines, and environment controls to ensure production stability and adherence to enterprise change-management policies.
Support enterprise data governance: Maintain metadata governance, master data standards, hierarchy integrity, and reconciliation controls. Collaborate with Finance, Data Management, and source-system teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and stewardship across the OneStream ecosystem.
Ensure operational resilience: Support disaster recovery planning, backup validation, business continuity testing, platform recovery procedures, and operational readiness activities to minimize business disruption and maintain critical financial processes.
Improve and document the platform: Automate repetitive work, tune performance, simplify support processes, maintain technical documentation and operating procedures, and build internal capability through knowledge transfer and mentoring.
Partner globally: Work closely with global Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Data Management, IT, service providers, and OneStream support while retaining direct ownership of technical execution and outcomes.
