This is a technically challenging and rewarding opportunity to shape the future of mining machines and structural innovation. Best of all, you’ll be leading a high-performing team that’s already in place and thriving.

What skills you will have:

Technical Excellence: Demonstrated engineering expertise in light structures, heavy structures, or analytical domains. Proven involvement in major New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. Hands-on experience with Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) efforts.

Managing People: Knowledge of processes involved in managing people; ability to lead successful teams and diligently address issues related to performance and conflicts at the workplace.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Collaborating Globally: Knowledge of effective collaboration techniques and ability to build networks with people from different countries and cultures, think and work with them to bring positive impact and flourishing business results.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of planning methodologies across operational (short-term), tactical (1–2 years), and strategic (3–5 years) horizons. Able to support and align with broader business objectives through effective planning and contributions.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
