Role Definition

Supports day-to-day digital marketing activities by executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns and providing content, analytics, and coordination support to customers and internal organizations.

Responsibilities

• Planning, building, and optimizing campaigns across paid media, email/CRM, and web channels via ad platforms, email tools, and internet channels.
• Conducting periodic and regular performance tracking of campaigns to measure engagement, determine results, and identify optimization and cross-selling opportunities.
• Performing campaign administration support — including asset management, UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and resolving campaign execution issues.
• Developing new audiences, nurturing leads, and finding opportunities to introduce an organization's products and services through paid and organic digital channels.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (paid media, email/CRM, and web/SEO analytics); 4+ years preferred.
• Advanced in English; basic Spanish preferred.
• Based in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Required certifications: Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager (Meta Blueprint).
• Preferred (a plus): Google Ads Certification (Skillshop — e.g., Search, Display, Video, or Measurement), Salesforce Certification (e.g., Marketing Cloud or Email Specialist), and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
