Job Summary

Supervises and ensures quality control and quality assurance across manufacturing processes, guaranteeing compliance with standards, customer specifications, and internal procedures. Responsible for leading quality personnel and assure execution of quality activities.

What the candidate will do:

• Support the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines, and control plans that ensure the quality and reliability of manufactured products.
• Lead the development and implementation of corrective actions and preventive measures to achieve quality objectives.
• Investigate and address trends related to internal and external nonconformances.
• Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams, including team leaders, quality specialists, and inspectors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Communication with external customers to follow up corrective actions
• Coordinate daily activities of quality inspectors and NDT technicians

Education requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Related Careers
• Intermediate English Conversational

• Help to analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decisions on resolution.
• Uses fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems.

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Explains the main features, functions, and capabilities of QMS.
• Understands the role of QMS in implementing a formalized system for documenting manufacturing processes and procedures to meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.

Additional information:

• Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX.
• Schedule: Must be available to work rotating shifts based on production requirements.
• <10% of working time will be domestic & international travel.
• Sponsorship for foreign candidates aren´t available
