<仕事内容>

・キャタピラージャパン社員／派遣社員／請負会社社員の定期および特殊健康診断（有機溶剤／特定化学物質／じん肺／振動工具など）の実施と検診事後措置（社外専門医受診要請など）、有所見者の就業上の措置判断

・業務上傷病者の一次診察と応急処置、必要に応じて専門医受診要請

・健康相談と生活習慣病／持病等の継続的治療および医薬品処方

・安全衛生委員会出席／職場巡視（毎月）

・長期休業者の主治医との情報共有と連携／復職前の面談／復職判定会議出席／復職後の定期面談（月次）

・長時間労働者／高ストレス者の面談（毎月）

・ストレスチェックにおける高ストレス者の面談（毎年）

・健康教育（必要に応じて、都度相談の上ご対応いただく）

<役割と責任>

・事業場全体の健康管理の専門責任者

・作業環境・作業方法への専門的助言

・経営層・管理職への専門的助言
