What you will do:
This position will oversee:
Manufacturing Engineering (Process) and Operations for the paint buildings.
Keep on track the +5 years Torreon´s growth vision (Capital Execution and Planning).
Capacity & Capabilities for First and Second Operations, Machining and Painting.
Modern Manufacturing Deployment

Skills you have
Capacity Planning & Management: Knowledge of tools, approaches, and practices for determining production demand and ability to manage resources needed to provide satisfactory levels of service.
Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies, and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
Manufacturing Equipment: Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.
Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
Basic Requirements:
Education: Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Manufacturing Expertise (Required)
- Six Sigma Black Belt Training.
- Financial Basic Certified.
- 10 years of experience based on painting and welding manufacturing operations management.
English Level: Advanced
Top candidates will also have:
Proven leadership in manufacturing environments, fostering positive labor-management relationships and operational excellence.
Extensive experience leading union and non-union teams (+125 employees), driving safety, quality, productivity, and workforce development in industrial environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven effectiveness in leading and working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
