Additional Information:

This role is based in Kilgore, TX or Lafayette, LA

This role is 5 days a week onsite with travel required between locations.

This role is open to relocation.

Top Candidates will have:

· Proven ability to execute sales strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement.

· Background in Oil and Gas Services, Iron Management, or related fields

· Demonstrated success in strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.

About the Role:

Manages customers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of sales capability.

Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with regional customers so that sales objectives can be achieved. Establish relationships with business decision makers and identify business needs and problems. Will work with senior management to develop and implement market strategies for customers as well as securing commitment of SPM Oil & Gas resources to assure continued customer satisfaction. This position will consult with various departments within SPM Oil & Gas regarding the direction and strategies that key industry leaders will be adopting in the future. Travel in the field to monitor and resolve issues regarding customer satisfaction and future product needs. Take steps necessary to assure product health in order to maintain and enhance PINS growth. You ensure that regional decision makers have been fully exposed to the features/ benefits available from SPM Oil & Gas products. Must communicate effectively across product, industry, and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations. Must have ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences. Good human relations skills are required to develop a collaborative/cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the business unit.

This position makes regular visits to customer and job locations.

• Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.

• Designing and assisting customers on the forecast, sales/services strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.

• Performing regular performance reviews with customers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.

• Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

• Effective communication to enhance Customer Experience and Relationships

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Summary Pay Range:

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
