Job Summary:
Join the Leads Product Management team of Cat Digital (ALI - Advance Leads & Insights) and be responsible for content creation of our Leads and Prioritized Actinon List that drive business growth with our partner industries and dealers. This role leads visualization development of prioritized actions through Online Description (future – One Funnel Inform) by receiving input from business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear product requirements and development features, and partnering with product, UX, engineering, and adoption teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements that make Online Description (OD) more actionable for dealers and internal users.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive and review, input from business partners, product teams, dealers, adoption consultants, and field stakeholders to understand Online Description content and functionality needs.
  • Transforms business feedback and product concepts into structured requirements, user stories, feature definitions, mock-up direction, and backlog items for development teams.
  • Partners with UX, engineering, product owners, and subject matter experts to define how features should be designed, built, tested, and released across current and future OD experiences.
  • Evaluates existing Online Description content, widgets, links, data fields, and user flows to identify opportunities for clearer messaging, better dealer usability, improved sales execution, and stronger alignment with business objectives.
  • Supports delivery readiness by reviewing samples, validating requirements, providing feedback on defects or gaps, coordinating translations or content updates, and confirming that delivered features meet the intended business outcome.

What You Will Have:

  • Business Analysis: Basic Knowledge on how to gather business input, identify the underlying need, document requirements, and recommend solutions that create value users and stakeholders.
  • Product Requirement Definition: Advanced experience in converting business requests into clear feature scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, content rules, and development-ready backlog items.
  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Online Description content, widgets, data sources, dealer workflows, PSE integration, and how OD supports sales execution and customer conversations.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Basic knowledge to analyze requests, compare tradeoffs, identify missing business inputs, and recommend the next practical steps based on impact, feasibility, dependencies, and release timing.
  • Effective Communications: Experience in translating between business, technical, UX, and field audiences; communicate requirements clearly; and keep stakeholders aligned on scope, status, risks, and decisions.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Experience in reviewing samples, validate content and functionality against requirements, provide feedback to engineering, and confirm readiness for release or production movement.

Considerations for Top Candidates:

  • Experience working with a technical team while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
  • Experience working with developers in a Digital Platform and Commerce environment.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Aha!, DevOps/VSTS, and others.
  • Knowledge of digital content change request management; ability to intake, assess, prioritize, and translate Leads and Prioritized Service visualization requests from business partners.
  • Working knowledge of strategies, practices, and tools for resolving digital content and visualization issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, and product vision.
  • Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore team model
  • Demonstrated ability to empower teams
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle

Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
