Your Work Shapes the World

  • Provide on-site coaching and guidance to technicians in real-world environments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and service capability
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and customers through clear communication and follow-through

What you will bring

We’re looking for practical, capable people with strong technical foundations. Ideally you will have:

  • Hands-on experience with mining equipment, mobile plant, or fleet technology systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence communicating with technicians, operators and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel and work on-site when required
  • A customer-focused mindset and willingness to support others
  • Exposure to MineStar or similar fleet management / mining technology systems
  • Experience in training, mentoring or coaching others in a workplace environment
  • Background working with Caterpillar equipment or dealer networks

Why Join the Brisbane Team
