Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT professional to support the development, implementation, evaluation, and integration of new, existing, and emerging technologies that meet business needs and requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze technology needs, support process improvement initiatives, evaluate solutions, and contribute to the successful delivery and integration of systems, applications, tools, and technology platforms.
What you will do:
Participate in the implementation, development, testing, and integration of new technologies within the organization.
Track, document, and analyze business and technology needs, providing input and recommendations for enhancements or modifications to technology products and solutions.
Collect and analyze information related to technology products, development tools, systems, applications, networks, data, software, and hardware.
Support the evaluation and selection of new technologies by participating in testing activities, solution assessments, and requirements analysis.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support more efficient ways of working.
Assist with documentation, standard operating procedures, methodology materials, and IT standards to support application delivery and operational consistency.
Support local system and technology integration initiatives, working with applications, data, platforms, interfaces, and migration plans within the assigned area.
What you will have:
IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Basic understanding of IT policies, standards, and procedures; ability to follow established practices and understand their importance in supporting secure, consistent, and compliant technology operations.
Application Delivery Process: Basic understanding of application delivery methodologies, major tasks, deliverables, and the collaboration required between IT and business teams to deliver new or enhanced applications.
IT Environment: Basic understanding of IT functions, departments, initiatives, roles, and responsibilities; ability to gather information on technology projects and support effective IT operations.
System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of systems, applications, data, technology platforms, and interfaces; ability to support integration initiatives, migration plans, and communication across technologies.
Basic requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Pre-Advanced English.
Experience or knowledge in Information Technology, systems, applications, technology implementation, or technology support.
Basic understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Top candidates will also have:
Experience supporting SAP modules (EWM / SPP / CRM).
Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience supporting application delivery, system implementation, technology integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, testing, user acceptance testing, or release support.
Knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, APIs, interfaces, cloud platforms, infrastructure, or integration tools.
Experience creating documentation, process flows, standard operating procedures, or technical/business requirements.
Curiosity for emerging technologies and continuous improvement mindset.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
