Role Summary
As a Senior Industry Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products, attachments, and services in the Landscaping and Snow application segments. You will partner with customers, associations, dealers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to drive customer outcomes, improve jobsite performance, identify growth opportunities, and shape the product roadmap through market and customer insights.
What You Will Do (Job Duties):
Industry Expertise
Serve as the subject matter expert for BCP/Caterpillar solutions within assigned industry segments.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies
Identify market opportunities and customers challenges
Represent Caterpillar at key trade associations, industry conferences, and key customer events
Customer Consulting
Establish a deep understanding of customers' operations and businesses
Identify opportunities where Caterpillar solutions can improve productivity, safety, customer service
Go to Market
Identify integrated solutions (Prime Product, Technology, Aftermarket/Services, Attachments) that are aligned to customer outcomes
Development of differentiated value propositions
Managed Accounts Support
Partner with Caterpillar Managed Accounts team to support strategic accounts within respective industries
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Field Team and Dealer Enablement
Educate Field Reps and Dealers on industry knowledge and solution-selling
Support Field and Dealer teams at customer events

Top Candidates Will Have
Experience working directly with customers, dealers, or sales teams specifically within Landscaping and Snow application segments to understand business needs, solve application challenges, and support product adoption.
Demonstrated success using jobsite, market, customer, or performance data to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and influence commercial or product decisions.
A strong track record of translating technical product knowledge into practical customer solutions, sales enablement resources, training, or business cases.
Experience partnering across landscape and snow associations, product, sales, marketing, engineering, or dealer-facing teams to align priorities, support launches, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Proven ability to communicate product value, quantify customer impact, and influence stakeholders through consultative selling or value-based recommendations.
Success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while balancing customer needs, market trends, business goals, and product strategy.

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
