这个职位服务于卡特彼勒青岛研发中心WBT团队，需要领导和参与整机电气系统的设计，开发出满足整机技术需求的电气系统。
This position will work in CRDC Qingdao WBT team to lead or participate in machine electrical system design, develop the machine electrical system to meet machine technical requirement.

工作范围包括但不限于整机电气系统的开发，需要为WBT设备的电气控制系统提供从概念设计、分析、验证、生产到生产维护的一系列解决方案。
The work scope includes but is not limited to machine electronics control system specification development, concept, design, analysis, validation, production release and after-production engineering support of machine electrical system solutions for WBT equipment products.

职位描述 / Job Description

• 基于客户需求和功能需要选择合适零部件，开发电控系统架构，搭建电气系统原理图
  According to customer’s requirement and based on machine function, develop the electrical system architecture, select proper component and create electrical schematic

• 创建电气和控制系统三维概念模型，包括零部件在整机上的安装位置，控制线束的走向布置，并根据客户需求不断优化设计至最终定型
  Create 3D models for electrical system, include component placement, control harness routing, and continue to optimize the concept design to meet customer’s requirement until design freeze

• 基于三维模型创建二维图纸，并发布到相关工程系统中，并协助采购团队参与供应商的沟通和开发
  Create 2D drawings from 3D models, and release models and drawings to engineering system, and assist purchasing team to develop and communicate with supplier

• 参与产品开发周期中的概念设计、设计评审、整机验证和路试阶段
  Participate in concept design, design review, engine and machine validation, field test during product development

• 对整机工厂提供技术支持服务，对工厂的生产、测试中遇到的各种电气系统问题协助排查
  Provide technical support to Cat machine facility, assist factory to resolve electrical system issues during manufacturing and test

• 电气系统成本降低及持续改进
  Cost reduction for electrical system and continue product improvement

• 对电气和控制系统的按时交付并满足质量和成本的目标
  Deliver EE system on PQVC target

Skills Required

Analytical Thinking

Knowledge of analytical techniques, engineering problem-solving methodologies, and systems thinking; ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and develop effective solutions for complex machine electrical and control system challenges while adapting to new technologies and continuously improving product performance.

Effective Communications

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to clearly communicate technical and business information, collaborate across functions and global teams, and effectively convey ideas through strong verbal and written communication skills, including English.

Managing Multiple Priorities

Knowledge of effective self-management and project execution practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent engineering activities, balance competing priorities, and deliver commitments while supporting product development, validation, production, and continuous improvement objectives.

Technical Excellence

Knowledge of machine electrical and electronic (E&E) architectures, control systems, automation technologies, and engineering applications; ability to develop innovative, reliable, and cost-effective technical solutions while continuously learning and applying emerging technologies.

Computer-Aided Design & Engineering

Knowledge of computer-aided design and engineering tools, techniques, and digital product development processes; ability to create, analyze, validate, and optimize product designs using 3D CAD systems, preferably Creo or Pro/E, to support the development of machine electrical and control system solutions.

Product Design - MFG

Knowledge of product design processes, manufacturing requirements, and engineering development methodologies; ability to translate customer and market requirements into practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective machine electrical system solutions that meet performance, quality, reliability, and production objectives.

Product Design and Development

Knowledge of machine electrical systems, control technologies, vehicle engineering, mechatronics principles, and product development processes; ability to design, develop, validate, and implement machine electrical and control system solutions from concept through production while meeting customer requirements and business objectives.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
