Job Summary:
The Network Infrastructure Analyst – Voice & IP role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure. This entry-to-mid-level opportunity focuses on Microsoft Teams Calling, voice routing, E911 compliance, and infrastructure modernization, while introducing automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
The role participates in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure using modern and emerging technologies, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable communication services. This position serves as a strong foundation into advanced roles in voice engineering, automation, and AI-driven IT operations, supporting global infrastructure initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and support enterprise voice and collaboration services, including Microsoft Teams calling
Assist with DID management, provisioning workflows, and routing configuration updates
Support voice infrastructure components such as Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and routing platforms
Participate in E911 configuration, validation, and compliance activities
Support deployment, maintenance, and modernization of analog gateways
Manage updates, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements across hardware and software environments
Troubleshoot and resolve voice, network, and routing-related technical issues
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis with senior team guidance
Contribute to automation initiatives by developing scripts and repeatable workflows
Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting, reduce incident volume, and enhance operational insights
Support management of phone number inventory, routing data, and system provisioning records
Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support service delivery
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and knowledge articles
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and consistency
What you need to have – Skills:
• Infrastructure & Technical Expertise:
Applies foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, including systems, networking, and hardware, to support and improve technical environments.
• Troubleshooting & System Support:
Uses structured approaches to identify, analyze, test, and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Technology & Requirements Understanding:
Understands basic technology advisory principles, requirements gathering, and system interactions across software, hardware, and telecommunications.
• Documentation & Continuous Learning:
Maintains accurate technical documentation while continuously developing skills and expanding knowledge across infrastructure and business processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
Pre-advanced English;
Foundational experience or strong interest in IT infrastructure, voice technologies, or collaboration platforms;
Basic understanding of: Networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, SIP, telephony);
IT infrastructure and system support;
Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco, or similar tools.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Exposure to Microsoft Teams Calling or Unified Communications platforms;
Knowledge of voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, SBC, telephony systems);
Experience or interest in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash);
Familiarity with AI tools or AI-assisted operations in IT environments;
Understanding of infrastructure modernization (cloud, hybrid environments);
Awareness of compliance requirements such as E911;
Experience supporting enterprise or global IT environments;
Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, Networking, Cloud).
