We are seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to join our Global Benefits team in Peoria, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders and employees, providing expertise across benefits, compensation, total health and wellbeing, retirement programs, and mobility initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence programs that impact employees globally while partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What You Will Do:
• Provide Total Rewards consulting services to leaders, employees, and business partners in support of benefits, total health and wellbeing, compensation, employee relocation and expatriate programs, and retirement plans.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert in one or more Total Rewards disciplines.
• Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analyses to address business and talent challenges and support program effectiveness.
• Lead Total Rewards projects from planning through implementation, partnering with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop and deliver communication and educational materials related to Total Rewards programs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring service delivery and operational performance expectations are met.
• Identify and resolve complex Total Rewards issues while recommending solutions that align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and governance standards while maintaining accurate employee data and records.
What You Have :
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field.
Analytical Thinking:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Influencing:
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across multiple levels of an organization.
Interpersonal Relationships:
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and work effectively with diverse teams, leaders, employees, and external vendors.
Total Rewards Expertise:
• Knowledge of employee benefits, compensation management, retirement programs, and related policies, processes, and compliance considerations.
What Will Set You Apart :
• Experience supporting global or multinational Total Rewards programs.
• Deep expertise in one or more Total Rewards disciplines, including benefits, compensation, retirement, or global mobility.
• Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with experience developing employee-facing and leadership communications.
• Professional certifications such as CEBS, CCP, GRP, or related credentials.
Additional Information:
Required Travel: Up to 10%
Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
