JOB PURPOSE:

The SC Planning Digital Analyst is responsible for developing automatic tools through Power Platform to identify improvement opportunities, optimize business workflow and improve supply chain efficiency.

The role is also responsible for raw materials’ storage POU reviewing and improving, and material replenishment definition through data analysis, and warehouse layout designing and optimizing. This is a Supply Chain Planning position.

Responsibilities:

The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

• Working with master planners on outsourcing needs; establishing blanket purchase orders and vendor managed inventory (VMI).
• Identifying and recommending improvement solutions for the supply-chain process.
• Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
• Maintaining and supporting supply chain application systems.

1. Automation Development

  • Own end-to-end data architecture and analytics solutions, including the design and implementation data models within Power Platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, delivering clear and actionable insights to business.
  • Identify opportunities to digitalize manual or inefficient processes. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.

2. Population of the Plan for Every Part:

  • Determine replenishment method and path, ensure the POU availability with high efficiency of every part.
  • Set up and make continuous improvement as a process owner of PFEP process.
  • Ensure through pull replenishment, to reduce inventory, manage variability, optimize material flow, increase supply efficiency in whole supply chain.

3. WH Layout and efficiency improvement

  • Optimize WH layout and material presentation at the point of use by Auto CAD.
  • Improve WH efficiency and deploy standard processes to control.

4. Operation daily support

  • Provide PFEP functional support for NPI, ECN and deviation.
  • Maintain PFEP database and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.

5. Other jobs assigned by supervisor

Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology and/or Data Science.

Background/Experience:

1. 2+ years of experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions, from data model development through insights delivery.

2. Experience in data governance and analytics transformation initiatives

3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools

4.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI etc.)

5. Familiar with programming knowledge (e.g. C++, SQL, Python)

6. Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills

7. Good English skill on Read/Write/Speak

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
