Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support the execution of IT infrastructure lifecycle and service request initiatives in Piracicaba, Brazil. This role combines project coordination and request management responsibilities, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery. The professional will partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to manage risks, track progress, and improve processes. Candidates with experience in IT service management, project coordination, or infrastructure environments are encouraged to apply. Network and infrastructure knowledge is considered a plus but not required. This role offers a dynamic, inclusive environment with opportunities for growth and impact.

What you will do:

Project Coordination & Governance (75%)

  • Project leadership & governance: Establish governance routines to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies;

  • One‑to‑one equipment replacement: Coordinate IT projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality;

  • Vendor management: Oversee third‑party vendors executing portions of the refresh, ensuring performance, adherence to SLAs, quality of installs, and alignment to program timelines;

  • Execution tracking & reporting: Monitor deployment progress, track completion against commitments, and provide clear status, risks, and metrics to leadership;

  • Risk & dependency management: Identify and mitigate execution risks;

  • Cross‑team coordination: Partner with engineering, operations, and site stakeholders to align schedules, validate designs, and ensure successful cutovers;

  • Communication & escalation: Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and escalate issues that could impact timelines, cost, or service stability;

  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline deployment processes, improve vendor performance, and enhance overall program efficiency.

Solution Request Manager (25%)

  • Validate, prioritize, and track infrastructure requests to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements;

  • Coordinate with functional teams and site contacts to deliver requested solutions on time;

  • Maintain accurate documentation of requests, approvals, and implementation steps in ITSM and project management tools;

  • Monitor request progress and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership;

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline request handling and reduce cycle times;

  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, security policies, and governance frameworks;

  • Provide reporting and analytics on request volumes, turnaround times, and SLA adherence;

  • Serve as the central point of contact for global infrastructure requests within Network Services.

    Basic requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

    • 3+ years in IT service management, infrastructure operations, project coordinator or request management roles;

    • Familiarity with network services and infrastructure provisioning processes.

    • Pre Advanced English.

    Top candidates will also have:

    • ITIL Foundation or higher;

    • Project management certifications;

    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (LAN/WLAN, WAN, hardware);

    • ITSM Platforms: ServiceNow or similar request management tools;

    • Network Services Tools: Cisco, or equivalent network infrastructure platforms;

    • Experience with financial Tools: Guided Buy, Coupa, NextGen;

    • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel for reporting.

    Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
