What you will do:

  • This role will act as first point of contact for mining Bodies and buckets (B&B) in the region. Addressing coverage issues and resolving complaints in close collaboration with B&B engineering, Quality and value chain team. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.

  • Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.

  • Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.

  • Processing results from analysis of technical data

  • Understand product or component health or status, if action is needed, and required next steps.

  • Support quality initiatives at regional B&B suppliers.

  • Monitoring and managing all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.

  • Developing new markets, new channels and new lines of business in consultation with team.

  • Monitoring market share, revenue, cost and inventory. Monitors and communicates factors which will positively impact profitability.

  • Provided feedback on aftermarket new product introduction strategy and deliverables.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Basic Requirements:

  • English pre-advanced

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Experience in light to heavy fabrications

  • Experience in the industry

  • Experience in Product Support
