We are currently seeking a Sales Representative located in Midland, Texas . The Sales Representative manages resellers’ relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of resellers sales capability.

What You Will Do:

  • Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
  • Designing and assisting resellers on the forecast, sales planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
  • Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

What you will have:  

  • Ability to operate a company owned vehicle.
  • Have a clean driving record, which generally means: 
    • No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months.  
    • No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.

Additional Information:

  • This position is located in Midland, Texas
  • Relocation is available for this position
  • Frequent day trips within the territory will be required. Ability for overnight travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary Pay Range:

$95,640.00 - $143,520.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
