As a Marketing Communications Specialist in Construction Industries Services Division (CISD), you will be required to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including setting marketing attribution objectives, measuring media for campaign performance, and making informed decisions to drive continuous optimization. Furthermore, the Specialist will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and vendors to ensure alignment with the overarching strategy.
What You Will Do

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting the Asia Pacific market.

Translate business and marketing data into actionable recommendations.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities provide a return on investment.

Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events, collaborating closely with our dealer partners for POS activations.

Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments for optimization.

Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and standards.

Report on marketing activities and results to senior management.

Support tradeshows, event planning and execution

Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
• Delivers various promotional and marketing communications that engage the target audience, respond to their questions and concerns and produce specific outcomes and impact.
Top Candidate Will Also Have

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills with market research and data analysis.

Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Understanding of construction industry and aftermarket solutions is preferred but not required.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
